Can I schedule an in-person walkthrough of the venue before booking?
Yes. In-person site tours of the Main Bar, Hat Bar, and Beer Garden are available Tuesday through Friday by appointment with Honky Tonk Hideaway’s private events team to help you inspect room dimensions, bar setups, and layout possibilities.
Can guests bring outside decor, balloon arches, or step-and-repeat backdrops?
Yes. Free-standing photo backdrops, balloon garlands, and floral arrangements are permitted for private rentals. Glitter, confetti cannons, and wall adhesives that damage paint are strictly prohibited.
Are professional photographers and videographers allowed at private events?
Yes, with prior approval from Honky Tonk Hideaway. Coordinate professional photography or videography, lighting, tripods and backdrops with the private events team before your event.
Can private-event guests display photos or presentations on the TVs?
Yes. The Main Bar’s HDMI connection can display one presentation, brand video or photo feed across its TVs. Confirm the screens, sound and equipment with Honky Tonk Hideaway in advance. Presentations must be tested in person or by FaceTime 24–48 hours before the event.
