Your agreement identifies the reserved Main Bar area and privacy arrangement. Unreserved venue areas remain open to the public, and reserved tables alone do not create an exclusive room.

The Main Bar accommodates 90 seated dining guests or up to 155 guests for a cocktail reception. Catering, entertainment, furniture and access routes affect the final layout. Confirm your usable guest count with Honky Tonk Hideaway.

Yes. Request your preferred screens, content and sound arrangement in advance. Television connections and custom content must be arranged and tested with the venue before your event; bring any required laptop, adapters and cables.

Yes. All Main Bar TVs are controlled through an HDMI connection, allowing you to display a presentation, brand video, photos or another feed across the screens. Arrange and test your connection with the team before your event.

Yes. Honky Tonk Hideaway has a wireless microphone and a house sound system in the Main Bar for private-event announcements, speeches and music.

Yes. You can connect directly to the house sound system to play Spotify or your own playlist. DJs can plug into the system as well; an audio engineer is not needed for these connections.

Power outlets are located in the stage floor and on the wall behind the stage. Discuss your equipment and setup needs with the team before your event.

The bar lights are set at a fixed brightness. Custom lighting requires a lighting engineer; discuss your plans with the team before your event.

The venue entrance and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Contact the team about the route and seating within your reserved area. Request accommodations at least seven days ahead when possible; later requests are considered individually.

Decorations require venue approval. Glitter, confetti poppers and smoke machines are prohibited. A complimentary two-hour pre-event setup window is available if needed. Confirm setup timing with Honky Tonk Hideaway; guests enter at the contracted start time.

Send your date, occasion, timing and guest count. The team confirms availability and prepares a quote. A signed agreement and required 50% deposit confirm your event.

Private events are quoted as a custom flat event fee based on the date, timing, guest count, food and beverage plans, and approved add-ons. Your quote includes the reserved space, required staffing and security, selected services, and applicable sales tax. Any food-and-beverage minimum is confirmed in your quote. A 23% service charge and a separate 20% gratuity are additional. Credit-card payments carry a 3% processing fee; debit and ACH payments do not. A signed agreement and a 50% deposit confirm the booking. The deposit is based on the combined event fee, service charge and gratuity.

Guests under 21 may attend before 6 p.m. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. After 6 p.m., all guests must be 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID, including during private events.
