The Beer Garden accommodates up to 175 guests for a standing cocktail reception or up to 80–90 guests for seated picnic dining. Final capacity depends on the seating, catering, entertainment and access layout confirmed with Honky Tonk Hideaway.

A privately rented Beer Garden is exclusive to your group except for the party-bus check-in station. Party-bus guests may access that station, but not your private beer-garden bar or seating. The check-in station remains operational even when all available venue areas are reserved.

Management may move your event indoors if suitable space and capacity are available, but an indoor backup is not guaranteed. Discuss a rain plan before booking. Confirm any deposit-transfer terms, rescheduling fees and indoor contingency-hold requirements with the team in your event agreement.

The venue entrance and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Contact the team about the route and seating within your chosen space. Request private-event accommodations at least seven days ahead when possible; later requests are considered individually.

Free-standing photo backdrops, balloon garlands and floral arrangements are permitted for private rentals. Glitter, confetti cannons and wall adhesives that damage paint are prohibited. Coordinate decor plans with Honky Tonk Hideaway before your event.

Honky Tonk Hideaway coordinates event catering. Guests cannot independently hire an outside caterer or bring outside food. Cakes and desserts require advance approval, including delivery and storage. A $15 cake-cutting, plate and utensil fee applies.

Private events are quoted as a custom flat event fee based on the date, timing, guest count, food and beverage plans, and approved add-ons. Your quote includes the reserved space, required staffing and security, selected services, and applicable sales tax. Any food-and-beverage minimum is confirmed in your quote. A 23% service charge and a separate 20% gratuity are additional. Credit-card payments carry a 3% processing fee; debit and ACH payments do not. A signed agreement and a 50% deposit confirm the booking. The deposit is based on the combined event fee, service charge and gratuity.

Guests under 21 may attend before 6 p.m. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. After 6 p.m., all guests must be 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID, including during private events.
