Cake and desserts

Decorations
Get venue approval before bringing decorations. Candles are permitted; other open flames, glitter, confetti poppers, offensive signs and smoke machines are prohibited. Remove your decorations when the event ends.
Setup and arrival
Approved vendors and event planners may set up two hours before the party; guests enter at the scheduled start time. Arriving late does not extend your event. Confirm setup and teardown plans with the team.

Venue rules
Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the Honky Tonk Hideaway premises, including indoor areas, the beer garden and all outdoor areas. This policy applies to public visits and private events. Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome on the outdoor Beer Garden patio at Honky Tonk Hideaway during daytime hours. Pets are not allowed indoors; service animals are welcome.

Honky Tonk Hideaway recommends a private room buyout for birthday groups of more than 40 guests. A buyout provides space for the group, allows bartending needs to be planned and keeps the reserved room private, rather than sharing it with walk-in guests. Free VIP table reservations are part of normal public bar service and do not reserve an exclusive room. The Honky Tonk Hideaway team will confirm the room, staffing and arrangements for your group.
