Request the screens and wireless microphone in advance. One wireless microphone is included automatically with a private event. Supply your required laptop, adapters, cables and presentation equipment. All presentations must be tested with the venue in person or by FaceTime 24–48 hours before the event.
Pricing & Inclusions
Custom Quote. Pricing depends on requested screens, sound technicians, production equipment and rentals beyond the one confirmed wireless microphone.
Your event quote identifies the requested services and all applicable taxes, service fees and gratuity. Add-ons are included only when expressly listed in the confirmed event arrangements.
Availability & Confirmation
Share your event date, guest count and preferred start and end times. The team must confirm availability and the selected service details. An inquiry alone does not reserve this add-on.

When and how must event hosts test a presentation?
All presentations must be tested with the venue in person or by FaceTime 24–48 hours before the event.
Can guests control every TV?
No. Confirm which screens can carry your content and for how long. TVs normally show the bar’s programming unless the venue approves a change.
Is playback guaranteed with a guest’s laptop?
Device compatibility and uninterrupted playback are not guaranteed. Arrange the required test and discuss a backup presentation plan with the venue.
Is this included in a regular table reservation?
No. This page describes a private-event add-on. An ordinary table reservation does not include this service.
How long does the activity or service last?
The duration is agreed for your event. Include your preferred start and end times in the request.
Can I add this after booking my event?
Ask the team to confirm availability and update your event quote. Additional services must be approved before being treated as part of the booking.
