An Entire Venue event can include the Main Bar, Hat Bar Speakeasy and outdoor Beer Garden. Honky Tonk Hideaway confirms the spaces included in your agreement, layout and privacy arrangements for your date.

Honky Tonk Hideaway confirms the total usable capacity for each Entire Venue event. Individual room capacities are not additive. The Main Bar accommodates 90 seated or up to 155 cocktail-reception guests; the Hat Bar accommodates 70 seated or 100 standing; the Beer Garden accommodates 80–90 seated or up to 175 standing. Catering, guest flow, activities and access routes affect the approved event plan.

Your agreement confirms the included spaces and privacy arrangements. The party-bus check-in station remains operational even when all available venue areas are reserved; party-bus guests cannot use your private Beer Garden bar or seating.

No. Hat styling, mechanical bull riding, DJs, live music and other activities are optional event components. Requested experiences, materials, staffing, equipment, timing and prices must be approved and included in your custom quote.

Discuss a weather plan before booking. The shade sails are not waterproof. Any indoor arrangements depend on the spaces reserved in your agreement, group size and usable capacity. Do not assume an additional indoor room or guaranteed rain backup is included.

The venue entrance and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Contact Honky Tonk Hideaway to discuss routes and seating across the spaces in your event. Request accommodations at least seven days ahead when possible; later requests are considered individually.

Yes. Private events can take place outside normal public hours. Events are typically booked in three-hour blocks; the agreement confirms your date, event hours, setup timing and services.

A two-hour pre-event setup window is available if needed. Coordinate approved vendors, loading routes and soundchecks with Honky Tonk Hideaway. Guests enter at the contracted event start; setup does not reduce booked event time.

Private events are quoted as a custom flat event fee based on the date, timing, guest count, food and beverage plans, and approved add-ons. Your quote includes the reserved space, required staffing and security, selected services, and applicable sales tax. Any food-and-beverage minimum is confirmed in your quote. A 23% service charge and a separate 20% gratuity are additional. Credit-card payments carry a 3% processing fee; debit and ACH payments do not. A signed agreement and a 50% deposit confirm the booking. The deposit is based on the combined event fee, service charge and gratuity.

Guests under 21 may attend before 6 p.m. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. After 6 p.m., all guests must be 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID, including during private events.
