The Hat Bar and speakeasy accommodate 70 seated guests or 100 standing. Seating, catering, entertainment and access routes affect the final layout. Confirm the usable guest count for your event with the venue.

A privately rented Hat Bar is exclusive to your group. The Main Bar and other unreserved areas may remain open to the public.

Your event quote confirms the space, food and beverage arrangements and any extras. The Hat Bar has one dedicated bartender, one TV with an HDMI connection and plug-and-play audio for a custom playlist. Guest Wi-Fi is available at no additional charge. A wireless microphone is available for private events. Coordinate microphone setup with Honky Tonk Hideaway. Existing furniture can be moved; additional furniture incurs a fee. You have exclusive Hat Bar access via a loading ramp and a two-hour complimentary pre-event setup window if needed.

Yes. You can rent the Hat Bar room as a private lounge without making hats. Hat-making is not included in the room rental; you can add a custom hat experience as an optional add-on.

A public hat workshop is a shared experience with other guests. A private room buyout gives you and your group exclusive use of the Hat Bar during your booked event. Other guests cannot enter the space or make hats there during that time.

Trucker hats: Selecting and styling patches takes 15–20 minutes, followed by 3–5 minutes per hat for assembly and pressing.

Cowboy hats: Allow 20–25 minutes per hat, per employee.

Yes. Honky Tonk Hideaway can create custom embroidered patches for your event. Please allow 3–4 weeks before your event date, with a minimum order of 50 patches. Send your logo or design, event date and desired quantity to Honky Tonk Hideaway’s team to discuss the details and pricing.

For larger groups, coordinate staggered hat-making sessions with Honky Tonk Hideaway so some guests can craft while others enjoy drinks and catering in the designated service area. The team confirms group sizes, activity staffing and timing. Hat-making is an optional event add-on.

The venue entrance and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Contact the team about the route and seating within your chosen space. Request private-event accommodations at least seven days ahead when possible; later requests are considered individually.

Yes. The Hat Bar has its own area for catering or buffet setup, and the space will be closed off from the rest of the bar for your private event. Coordinate your menu and service arrangements with the Honky Tonk Honky Tonk Hideaway team.

Outside cakes, cupcakes and desserts require advance approval. A flat $15 cake-cutting, plate and utensil fee applies and is incorporated into your quoted private-event flat fee. Refrigeration or storage can be arranged before serving; coordinate delivery, storage and serving with Honky Tonk Hideaway.

Private events are quoted as a custom flat event fee based on the date, timing, guest count, food and beverage plans, and approved add-ons. Your quote includes the reserved space, required staffing and security, selected services, and applicable sales tax. Any food-and-beverage minimum is confirmed in your quote. A 23% service charge and a separate 20% gratuity are additional. Credit-card payments carry a 3% processing fee; debit and ACH payments do not. A signed agreement and a 50% deposit confirm the booking. The deposit is based on the combined event fee, service charge and gratuity.

Guests under 21 may attend before 6 p.m. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. After 6 p.m., all guests must be 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID, including during private events.
